The clock starts as soon as the date is set.

How it works

A normal race starts everyone together and spreads them out at the finish. The Reverse Race flips that. The finish is set, and everyone works backward to arrive at the same moment.

  1. Pick your start

    Your front door, a friend's porch, the far side of Sligo Creek. Anywhere works. Ten miles out or ten feet away.

  2. Work backward

    Figure out how long it takes you to get to the corner, then subtract. Fast runners can leave late. Walkers leave early.

  3. Arrive together

    Watch runners pour in from every direction and cross the line at the same moment. Everyone wins.
